Easiest way ever to "frost" a cupcake


My daughter invited about 20 of her closest friends over to celebrate her 15th b-day.  Since she didn't invite boys, I knew those girls would eat A LOT!

Martha Stewart made hers homemade, but I just used a box mix.  After I baked the cupcakes, I stuck a marshmallow on top of each and stuck them under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.  I used the back of spoon to flatten them.

I may never frost another cupcake again.  Thanks Martha:)
